I started my hairdressing journey at KAOS in 2010, and with over 15 years of experience, I still love every minute of it.
I thrive on making my clients feel happy and look fabulous. For me, it’s not just about the hair—it’s about the whole experience. I pride myself on offering great customer service and really getting to know my clients so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident.
Building those relationships helps me understand what truly suits each person, allowing me to use my creative cutting skills and colour techniques to create the perfect result.
I get a lot of satisfaction from highlights and colour transformations, and I especially love creating hair-ups—they’re a great way to be creative and give my clients that extra confidence boost.
Prices for Gemma’s Hair Services
All prices indicated include VAT. Specialised shampoo, conditioner and professional styling products are used. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or a non-refundable deposit will be necessary for your next appointment. Please note that a skin test may be required 48 hours before a colour appointment.
